Designed and implemented a comprehensive telemedicine platform that connects patients with healthcare professionals through multiple real-time communication channels. The project consisted of three main components: a hybrid mobile application (iOS/Android), a web portal for doctors, and a data extraction engine.

The project enabled telemedicine companies to significantly reduce wait times, optimize medical staff workload, and offer new communication channels to over 10,000 potential users, improving access to healthcare services in a context of specialized medical personnel shortage.
